Hyde & Beast

Hyde & Beast is a collaborative project formed in Sunderland, UK, by Dave Hyde (The Futureheads) and Neil Bassett (The Golden Virgins). Born from a series of spontaneous studio sessions, the duo's sound represents a significant departure from the post-punk urgency of their primary bands.

Their aesthetic is deeply rooted in the sonic adventurism of the late 1960s and early 1970s, drawing specifically from glam rock, baroque pop, and psych-folk.
