Released in 2000 on the legendary Rephlex Records, Thinking of You represents the emotional peak of Bogdan Raczynski’s early output. While his previous works established his reputation for frenetic, 'braindance' rhythms, this album integrated a newfound sense of lyrical vulnerability and melodic tenderness. The record is characterized by its stark contrasts: track titles are often long, diaristic sentences that read like discarded letters, while the music oscillates between aggressive drum and bass workouts and sparse, ambient-leaning sketches.
