Intro

Taylor Henderson delivers a sound that is fundamentally grounded in the warmth of an acoustic guitar and the sincerity of a storyteller. It is music that feels lived-in but meticulously cared for, balancing the raw intimacy of a singer-songwriter with the high-gloss production of 2010s Australian pop. His voice has a distinctive breathy quality that makes every lyric feel like a confidence shared between friends.

What sets him apart is the rhythmic, percussive way he approaches the guitar, a technique that gives his folk-leaning tracks a subtle, infectious energy. While his peers might lean into pure electronic production, Henderson maintains an organic core, often layering his vocals in a way that recalls the soulful pop of the early 2000s while staying firmly rooted in a modern, sun-drenched aesthetic.

Start with the album Burnt Letters to hear him at his most cohesive. It captures that transition from reality TV sensation to a credible artist with a specific vision, offering a mix of upbeat radio anthems and quiet, vulnerable moments that showcase his range and genuine connection to his craft.
