Born in 1980, German rapper Paul Hartmut Würdig, known as Sido, rose to fame with his 2004 debut album Maske. Initially recognized for wearing a silver skull mask, he gained notoriety for his aggressive hip-hop style. After starting his career in the duo Royal TS, he signed with Aggro Berlin before moving to Universal Music Group. His work has earned him an Echo Pop Award and an MTV Europe Music Award.
