Panzer AG is the industrial rock side-project of Norwegian musician Andy LaPlegua, best known as the mastermind behind Icon of Coil and Combichrist. The follow-up, 'Your World Is Burning', shifted toward an industrial rock aesthetic reminiscent of early Nine Inch Nails. Critically, Panzer AG is recognized for its high production values and its ability to maintain a danceable core despite its extreme aggression. It occupies a specific niche in the mid-2000s industrial scene, appealing to fans who found traditional EBM too sterile and metal too conventional. The project remains a significant entry in LaPlegua's prolific career, showcasing his versatility as a producer and songwriter.
