High-octane J-pop that hits with the force of a stadium rock anthem. Polished, theatrical, and relentlessly energetic music for when you need to feel invincible.
OxT delivers a sound that is fundamentally built for the climax of an epic story. It is a high-frequency collision between Masayoshi Ooishi's crystalline, theatrical vocals and Tom-H@ck's technical, aggressive guitar production. The music feels like a shot of pure adrenaline, characterized by rapid-fire melodic shifts and a sense of scale that demands a massive sound system.
What sets them apart is the sophisticated interplay between rock and digital elements. While many J-pop acts lean into one or the other, OxT treats the electric guitar and the synthesizer as equal partners in a maximalist dance. The arrangements are dense and complex, often featuring unexpected rhythmic stabs and virtuosic instrumental flourishes that keep the listener on their toes.
Start with 'Clattanoia' or 'GO CRY GO' to experience their darker, more aggressive side, or dive into 'Hello New World' for a broader look at their pop sensibilities. This is music for moments of high intensity, designed to make the mundane feel like a cinematic event.
