Formed in New York City in 1988, Onyx is an American hip-hop collective featuring members Fredro Starr, Sticky Fingaz, Sonny Seeza, Big DS, and Chyskillz. Known for their aggressive style and gritty vocal delivery, the group gained prominence with their platinum-certified debut album, Bacdafucup, and the hit single Slam.
