mr. Gnome

Formed in Cleveland in 2005, mr. Gnome is a married duo consisting of Nicole Barille and Sam Meister.

They have carved out a unique niche in the American indie landscape by blending elements of psychedelic rock, art-pop, and sludge-influenced alternative rock. Their sound identity is defined by the contrast between Barille’s high-register, ethereal vocal delivery and a heavy, fuzz-drenched guitar style, supported by Meister’s aggressive and precise drumming.
