Formed in Orlando in 1995, Matchbox Twenty is an American alternative rock band. The group achieved massive international success with their diamond-certified debut album, Yourself or Someone Like You. They continued their commercial momentum with multi-platinum follow-ups Mad Season and More Than You Think You Are. The band’s lineup has featured Rob Thomas, Brian Yale, Paul Doucette, Kyle Cook, and Adam Gaynor, with the group releasing music through Atlantic and Lava Records.
