Eskobar is a Swedish indie rock band formed in 1996 in Åkersberga. Consisting of Daniel Bellqvist and Frederik Zäll, the group became a central fixture of the 'Northie' scene, a term used to describe the wave of melodic, guitar-driven indie pop coming out of Sweden in the late 90s and early 2000s.
