Duma is a Kenyan duo consisting of vocalist Martin Khanja (Lord Spike Heart) and producer Sam Karugu. Emerging from Nairobi's underground metal scene, they have redefined the boundaries of African experimental music by fusing grindcore, industrial noise, and trap.
