Y&T

Y&T, originally Yesterday & Today, occupies a critical space in the evolution of American hard rock. Formed in Oakland in 1974, they served as a bridge between the blues-based hard rock of the early 70s and the high-energy heavy metal of the 80s.

Led by vocalist/guitarist Dave Meniketti, the band developed a reputation for a formidable live show and a 'musician's musician' level of technical proficiency.
