Valleyheart is the creative vehicle for Massachusetts-based songwriter and producer Kevin Klein. Formed in 2016, the project originated from Klein's desire to translate his folk-leaning solo compositions into a more dynamic, full-band rock context.

Their debut full-length, 'Everyone I’ve Ever Loved' (2018), established them as masters of the 'slow-burn' track, characterized by patient builds and lush, atmospheric production. Critically, they are often grouped with the 'revivalist' emo and indie rock scenes of the Northeast, sharing sonic DNA with bands like Citizen or Balance and Composure, yet they lean more heavily into cinematic beauty than aggression.
