Intro

Formed in 1968, The Stylistics are an American rhythm and blues group from Philadelphia. Throughout the 1970s, the ensemble achieved significant commercial success, recording twelve consecutive top ten R&B hits under the Avco Records label. Known for their signature ballads, the group featured the distinct falsetto vocals of Russell Thompkins, Jr. alongside Airrion Love. Their extensive catalog earned them multiple gold-certified albums and singles throughout their career.
