Formed in London in 1979, The Fixx emerged as a prominent new wave act from the United Kingdom. Led by vocalist Cy Curnin and signed to MCA Records, the group achieved significant commercial success. They placed multiple tracks in the Billboard Hot 100 top 20, including "One Thing Leads to Another" and "Saved by Zero," while also securing several hits on the Mainstream Rock charts throughout the 1980s.
