SPC ECO

Lush, electronic-tinged shoegaze that feels like drifting through a neon-lit fog. Submerged vocals meet heavy trip-hop rhythms for a deep, late-night immersion.

Intro

SPC ECO creates a sound that is simultaneously vast and claustrophobic, like being underwater in a brightly lit pool. The music is anchored by the heavy, rhythmic pulse of Dean Garcia's production, which carries the DNA of his previous work in Curve but filters it through a more ethereal, modern lens. It is a world of shimmering surfaces and deep, dubby undercurrents.

What truly sets them apart is the vocal presence of Rose Berlin. Her voice doesn't sit on top of the music so much as it dissolves into it, acting as another layer of texture. The interplay between the sharp, mechanical precision of the drum programming and the organic, fluid nature of the guitars creates a tension that feels both futuristic and deeply nostalgic.

Start with the album '3-D' to hear their foundational blend of noise and melody, or dive into 'Dark Matter' for a more polished, electronic-forward experience. It is the perfect soundtrack for those hours when the sun is down and the rest of the world feels like a distant memory.
