Soko is a jazz fusion duo from the United States, currently signed to Breezeway Records. Originally established in Charlottesville, Virginia in 1991 as a trio, the group eventually transitioned into a duo featuring pianist Michael Sokolowski and bassist Houston Ross. They gained early attention with their 1996 debut album, In November Sunlight, which benefited from collaborations with Dave Matthews Band members. The pair continues to perform and record together.
