While often confused with the South Korean girl group of the same name, this Secret operates in the tradition of late 70s and 80s arena rock and West Coast pop-rock.
Their sound identity is characterized by high-production values, multi-tracked vocal harmonies, and a heavy reliance on melodic hooks that recall bands like Journey, Toto, and Foreigner. After a decade-long hiatus following their debut 'The End Of The Road' in 2014, they returned in 2023 with 'Stop This World', further refining their signature 'Murcian AOR' sound. Critically, they are regarded as torchbearers for a specific brand of highly melodic, non-aggressive rock that maintains a loyal following among European and Japanese melodic rock collectors.
