Formed by SM Entertainment in 2020, Red Velvet – IRENE & SEULGI is the inaugural subunit of the South Korean girl group Red Velvet. The duo consists of members Irene and Kang Seul-gi. They launched their musical career in July 2020 with the release of their debut extended play, Monster. Following this initial project, the pair continued their work within the K-pop genre by issuing their second EP, Tilt, in May 2025.
