Formed in Edmonton, Canada, in 2010, Purity Ring is a synth-pop duo featuring producer Corin Roddick and vocalist Megan James. Signed to the 4AD label, the group has cultivated a distinct electronic sound across four studio albums, starting with their 2012 debut Shrines, followed by Another Eternity, Womb, and their 2025 self-titled release. The pair also expanded their discography with the 2022 EP titled Graves.
