German musician and producer Matthias Paul, known as Paul van Dyk, is a pioneering figure in electronic music. Since the early 1990s, he has built a global career spanning trance, house, and progressive styles. A Grammy nominee and two-time world number one DJ, he has sold millions of albums worldwide. His contributions to the industry earned him the Order of Merit of Berlin, and he continues to release music through his label, Vandit.
