One for the Team is a Minneapolis-based indie pop collective founded in 2006 by Ian Anderson, a central figure in the Twin Cities music scene and founder of Afternoon Records. The project began as a solo outlet for Anderson's songwriting, evidenced by the more insular, basement-recorded debut 'Good Boys Don't Make Noise.'
