Intro

Myra Granberg creates the kind of music that feels like the peak of a Scandinavian summer: bright, expansive, and tinged with a specific brand of beautiful melancholy. Her sound is built on a foundation of polished electronic production, featuring crisp drum machines and lush, shimmering synths that provide a high-energy backdrop for her airy, emotive vocals. There is a sense of movement in every track, a propulsive energy that pushes toward cathartic choruses.

What sets her apart is her dual identity as a producer and songwriter. She maintains a meticulous control over her sonic environment, blending the accessibility of chart-topping pop with the nuanced textures of indie-electronica. Her Swedish-language lyrics often explore the friction between youth and adulthood, capturing moments of romantic uncertainty and self-discovery with a sincerity that feels both personal and universal.

To get a sense of her range, start with 'Tills mitt hjärta går under' for its massive, heart-on-sleeve energy, then move to 'Lose My Mind' to hear how she masterfully integrates international pop sensibilities with her Nordic roots. It is music for people who want to dance while they process their feelings.
