Formed in Berlin in 2002, Moderat is a German electronica supergroup featuring Apparat and the duo Modeselektor. The collaborative project releases music through the BPitch Control label and has produced four studio albums, including their 2022 record More D4ta. Throughout their career, the ensemble has earned industry recognition, including the Preis für Popkultur and a top ranking from Resident Advisor readers for their live performances.
