Formed in Melbourne in 2007, Miami Horror is an Australian synth-pop group originally established by producer and DJ Benjamin Plant. The collective blends 1970s and 1980s dance and rock influences with contemporary house and pop production. Throughout their career, the band has released music through labels including EMI and Virgin Records, building a discography that includes the 2008 EP Bravado and their 2010 debut album, Illumination.
