Sparse, seductive electronic pop defined by breathy vocals, minimalist sub-bass, and sudden bursts of soulful saxophone. The sound of a high-end cocktail bar at midnight.
Marian Hill is an American electronic music duo originating from Philadelphia. Comprised of producer Jeremy Lloyd and vocalist Samantha Gongol, the pair signed with Republic Records to develop their minimalist sound. After debuting with the 2014 EP Play and following up with 2015's Sway, the group released a series of singles in 2016. These tracks served as the foundation for their first full-length studio album, titled Act One.
