Throughout the 1970s, they were a staple of the European touring circuit, known for a revolving-door lineup that included luminaries like Deke Leonard and Micky Jones, and even a stint with Quicksilver's John Cipollina. Their career arc is defined by a refusal to stick to one lane; they were too loud and experimental for the pub rock scene, yet too gritty and humorous for the high-concept prog elite.
