Intro

Juice sounds like the best parts of a summer festival condensed into a single band. Their music is a vibrant, kaleidoscopic blend of indie rock energy, R&B smoothness, and pop accessibility. The most striking element is the interplay between their three distinct vocalists, whose harmonies feel both effortless and meticulously crafted, floating over a bed of tight, rhythmic instrumentation.

What truly sets them apart is the inclusion of the electric violin as a lead instrument. It doesn't just provide texture; it shreds with the intensity of a lead guitar, adding a unique melodic soaring quality that you won't find in typical pop-rock outfits. Their production is crisp and bright, emphasizing the organic chemistry of a seven-piece band that clearly spent years honing their sound in live settings.

Start with 'Audrey Tell Me' to hear their melodic sensibilities at their peak, or 'Coconut Girl' for a dose of pure, unadulterated summer nostalgia. It is music designed to be played loud, preferably outdoors, and ideally with people you love.

Juice is an American rock band formed in Boston, Massachusetts in 2013. The band consists of Ben Stevens (lead vocals), Christian Rose (violin, vocals), Kamau Burton (acoustic guitar, vocals), Daniel Moss (guitar), Michael Ricciardulli (guitar), Rami El-Abidin (bass), Miles Clyatt (drums). Juice draws from many influences, including rock, pop, hip-hop, and R&B. Juice formed at Boston College in 2013. The band, along with original bassist Jack Godfrey and original pianist Chris Vu, won BC's Battle of the Bands that same year. Godfrey, an exchange student at the time, was replaced by El-Abidin in 2014. While in college, Juice performed regularly in Boston and New York City. In 2016, Juice released a self-titled EP after a successful crowd-funding campaign. In July of that year, Juice won the Land the Big Gig Competition at Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI. At the festival, the band was introduced to producer Johnny K, who invited the band to record an EP the following summer. Juice released their professional debut EP, Workin' on Lovin', in June 2018.
