Dusty, tape-warped slowcore that feels like a half-remembered dream. Intimate lo-fi rock for late nights spent in quiet contemplation.
Formed in Seattle in 2005, Helvetia is an American indie rock group. The band is led by primary songwriter Jason Albertini, who chose the name as a tribute to Switzerland, where he spent his childhood. Since their inception, the project has served as a vehicle for Albertini's creative output, blending regional influence with his personal history to establish a distinct presence within the indie rock landscape.
