Bright, jittery indie rock with a danceable electronic pulse. Shimmering guitars and earnest vocals perfect for high-energy afternoons and neon-lit nights.
Formed in 2005 in Kent, England, GoodBooks was an indie rock group that gained early recognition with their self-released EP, Valves and Robots. The band, named following a suggestion from television presenter Holly Willoughby, signed with Transgressive Records before moving to Columbia Records. After several years of activity, the ensemble concluded their career with a final live performance on June 28, 2009.
