Ghost Dubs

Ghost Dubs sounds like the skeletal remains of a reggae sound system buried deep beneath the North Sea. It is music of immense weight and very little light, where the traditional 'bounce' of dub has been slowed into a hypnotic, glacial crawl. The bass doesn't just play notes; it creates a physical pressure that fills the room, while the upper frequencies are occupied by ghostly echoes and the kind of distorted, shimmering haze you might find on a My Bloody Valentine record.
