DKB

High-octane dance-pop with a gritty hip-hop edge. Sharp choreography-ready beats meet smooth R&B melodies for a restless, urban energy.

Intro

DKB delivers a sound that feels like the pulse of a city after dark. It is built on a foundation of heavy trap drums and thick, rhythmic basslines that demand movement, yet it is often layered with surprisingly tender synth melodies. Their music captures the friction between youthful ambition and the reality of the grind, resulting in tracks that feel both aggressive and deeply melodic.

What sets them apart is their 'performance-first' identity. You can hear the athleticism in the music; the arrangements are designed for sharp, synchronized transitions and high-impact choreography. Unlike the more polished, ethereal side of pop, DKB leans into a grounded, street-oriented aesthetic that favors rhythmic complexity and vocal versatility over simple sweetness.

Start with 'Sober' or 'Work Hard' to experience their signature blend of hip-hop swagger and infectious pop hooks. These tracks showcase their ability to balance hard-hitting production with the kind of vocal harmonies that stick in your head long after the beat drops.

DKB (Korean: 다크비, pronounced "Darkbe") is a South Korean boy band under Brave Entertainment. The group consists of eight members: E-Chan, D1, GK, Heechan, Lune, Junseo, Yuku, and Harry-June. Originally a nine-member group, former member Teo departed from the group on November 6, 2023, after a drunk-driving incident. The group made their debut on February 3, 2020, with the release of their extended play Youth and its lead single "Sorry Mama".
