Intro

American producer Joshua Paul Davis, professionally known as DJ Shadow, is a prominent figure in hip-hop and trip hop. Rising to prominence with his 1996 debut Endtroducing....., he is recognized for his complex, sample-heavy production style. Throughout his career, he has released music via labels like Mo' Wax and Quannum Projects, contributed to the band Unkle, and earned a Libera Award. His sound draws inspiration from pioneers such as Prince Paul and Kurtis Mantronik.
