Die Hunns

Aggressive street punk with a dual-vocal snarl and skate-culture grit. Raw, unpolished anthems for the basement and the bowl.

Intro

This is the sound of sun-baked California asphalt and cheap beer. Die Hunns deliver a blistering brand of street punk that feels like a direct descendant of the 1977 UK explosion, filtered through the lens of West Coast skate culture. The music is fast, loud, and unapologetically messy, driven by jagged guitar work and a rhythm section that sounds like it's trying to outrun a police siren.

What truly sets them apart is the vocal interplay between Duane Peters and Corey Parks. Peters brings a legendary, gravel-throated rasp that carries the weight of decades on a skateboard, while Parks adds a fierce, rock-and-roll swagger that bridges the gap between punk and sleazy garage rock. Their combined energy creates a chaotic, high-stakes atmosphere that feels dangerous and lived-in simultaneously.

Start with 'You Rot Me' to hear the band at their most cohesive and biting. It captures the perfect balance of their melodic sensibilities and their raw, destructive impulses. It's the ideal soundtrack for anyone who prefers their music with a layer of grime and a defiant middle finger to the status quo.

Die Hunns (originally known as Duane Peters and the Hunns) is an American punk rock band formed in 2000 by front-man Duane Peters, of US Bombs. The band has featured a rotating cast of musicians with Peters as the only constant. In 2002, Peters met Corey Parks (sister of former NBA basketball player Cherokee Parks), formerly of Nashville Pussy, at The Damned show. Parks would later join the band as both a vocalist and bassist. The band did a reunion show in the spring of 2012 at the Orange County Punk Rock Picnic under their original name "Duane Peters and the Hunns", which reunited some of the original members. Since then the revived lineup has stayed together to play shows in the southern California area periodically.
