Formed in Toronto in 2002, Death From Above 1979 is a Canadian punk rock duo featuring bassist Jesse F. Keeler and vocalist-drummer Sebastien Grainger. The band gained recognition for their aggressive sound, releasing four studio albums between 2004 and 2021. Throughout their career, the group has maintained a presence in the music scene while collaborating with labels including Ache Records and Last Gang Records to distribute their distinctively heavy, high-energy musical output.
