Deadchovsky

Deadchovsky is a pivotal French deathrock and post-punk ensemble that emerged in 2003 from the ashes of the cold-wave band Trespass. Founded by Lois John Slut and Afterglauk, the band quickly established a reputation for a 'labyrinthine and demented' sound that revitalized the European batcave scene.

Their aesthetic is built on a foundation of surrealist mythology involving a fictional prophet named Igor and a 'Decadence Revolution,' which informs their abstract and often satirical lyrical content.
