Formed in Bergen, Norway, in 2000, Datarock is a band blending punk and electronic influences. The group derives its name from the Norwegian term for computer and their signature style of electronic rock. Originally featuring Fredrik Saroea and Ketil Mosnes, the current lineup includes Øyvind Solheim and Stig Narve Brunstad. Known for their distinctive tracksuits, the ensemble transitioned from red to all-black attire by 2018 while maintaining their established musical identity.
