Their sound is a volatile synthesis of 80s Italian hardcore, crust punk, and the burgeoning grindcore movement of the late 80s. They are critically noted for their 'hategrind' aesthetic, a term that captures their focus on misanthropy and social alienation rather than the genre's typical gore themes. Their 2000 album, 'Misantropo a Senso Unico', is a landmark of the genre, cited by Terrorizer as one of the most essential European grind releases.
