High-octane electro house and big-room anthems built for massive sound systems. Aggressive, polished, and relentlessly rhythmic dance music for peak-hour energy.
This is the sound of the 2010s festival mainstage at its most muscular and refined. It is characterized by massive, sawtooth-heavy synth leads, punishingly clean drum programming, and the kind of sidechain compression that makes the entire track breathe in sync with a strobe light. The music feels engineered for maximum impact, stripping away subtlety in favor of sheer kinetic force and stadium-sized hooks.
What sets this project apart from the generic EDM of its era is the surgical precision of the production. While many of its contemporaries leaned into messy distortion, Clockwork maintained a high-definition clarity even at maximum volume. There is a distinct 'Dutch house' influence in the syncopation of the leads, creating a rhythmic tension that resolves into explosive, wide-screen drops designed to move thousands of people at once.
Listeners should start with the 'Blitz' EP or the 'Titan' remixes. These tracks represent the peak of the project's influence before the creator pivoted toward the trap-heavy sounds of RL Grime. It is the perfect entry point for anyone who misses the golden era of big-room house but wants production that still sounds crisp and modern today.
