Clarence Greenwood, professionally known as Citizen Cope, is an American singer-songwriter and producer whose work blends blues, soul, hip hop, folk, and rock. His compositions have been recorded by artists such as Carlos Santana and Dido. After holding contracts with major labels like DreamWorks and RCA, he established his own imprint, Rainwater Recordings, in 2010. In 2019, he released Heroin and Helicopters, his first studio album in six years.
