Tony Simon, professionally known as Blockhead, is an American hip-hop producer and DJ hailing from Manhattan. He is best recognized for his solo work on the Ninja Tune label and his frequent production collaborations with Aesop Rock. Throughout his career, Simon has also contributed to musical groups including The Mighty Jones and Party Fun Action Committee, establishing a distinct presence within the hip-hop production landscape since his birth in 1976.
