Formed in Brooklyn in 2013, Big Data is the electronic music project of producer Alan Wilkis. Blending alternative rock and dance elements, the project explores themes centered on digital technology and internet data collection. Big Data gained significant recognition through the 2014 single Dangerous, a collaboration with Joywave that topped the Billboard Alternative Songs chart and achieved gold certification. The project is currently signed to Warner Bros. Records.
