Born in 1989, Romanian pop artist Alexandra Stan rose to international prominence with her 2010 breakout single, Mr. Saxobeat. Discovered at a local karaoke bar, she initially gained attention with her 2009 debut, Lollipop (Param Pam Pam). Throughout her career, she has released music through labels including MediaPro, Roton, and Global Records. Her professional achievements include winning an MTV Europe Music Award for Best Romanian Act.
