Released in 2019 on the Monnom Black label, Self Control is a pivotal EP in the discography of VTSS (Martyna Maja). It solidified her reputation as a leading figure in the 'fast techno' movement, characterized by tempos often exceeding 140 BPM and a heavy reliance on industrial and EBM influences. Across four tracks, Maja explores the intersection of punishing percussion and atmospheric dread.
