The album's title is a bilingual pun on 'Sabor Flamenco,' emphasizing the 'flavor' of their heritage. It was critically well-received for returning to the band's roots while maintaining their pop sensibilities, eventually winning the Grammy Award for Best World Music Album in 2014.
