Other Sides

Released in early 2015, Other Sides functions as a companion piece to James Bay's meteoric rise following his 'Hold Back the River' single. While his debut LP, Chaos and the Calm, would lean into a polished folk-rock and soul hybrid, this EP preserves the intimate, acoustic-focused identity of his earliest performances. The tracklist includes stripped-back versions of fan favorites and a notable live recording from the Hotel Cafe, a venue synonymous with the singer-songwriter circuit.
