Bubble and Scrape

Released in 1993 on Sub Pop, Bubble and Scrape is the fourth studio album by Sebadoh and serves as a crucial document of the early 90s indie rock explosion. It represents the final collaboration with founding member Eric Gaffney, whose departure following this release marked the end of the band's most experimental era. While previous efforts like Sebadoh III were celebrated for their 'bedroom' lo-fi aesthetic, Bubble and Scrape was the first to be recorded entirely in a professional studio environment.
